Report an update after your notice
This is how the site tracks repairs completed, rent credits, and how quickly landlords responded. Nothing identifying is stored — only county, outcome, days, a dollar amount if you were credited rent, a rent range, and closed-set tags. If you just sent notice today, wait a reasonable time before reporting “nothing yet.”
Count from the day you sent the notice to the day repairs finished, you received a credit, or today if you are still waiting.
Self-reported totals help other tenants see whether written notice leads to repairs. Do not put your name, unit number, or a story in this form — those stay in your own records.
