Lockout and retaliation letter

If the landlord changed locks, shut off utilities, or punished you for asking for repairs, send a written demand citing Indiana Code §§ 32-31-5-6 and 32-31-8.5.

The letter is in English so the landlord and a court can use it. Print it, email it, and keep a copy. This is not an emergency court filing.
